cozy stay amidst alfama's charm

great locationhelpful stafftasty breakfastvarious options
i enjoyed the location very much. it stood in alfama, very close to tramline 28. the staff were friendly and changed my room to a lower floor when i had a leg injury. the breakfast was tasty and offered various options.
the windows in the room let in a lot of street noise. it was hard to rest without earplugs. i think better isolation could help improve sleep quality.

mixed feelings about my stay

acceptable locationpoor decorationiron burns
the location was acceptable near the castle.
the room's decoration felt very poor, and they did not even include a small table, despite having enough space. there were iron burns on the curtain. the door and the window stacked making them hard to close and open.

Adequate Stay With Caveats

decent breakfastbathroom mold
Location was good with easy access to many attractions. The breakfast offered a decent start to the day.
I encountered mold in the bathroom, so it was unhygienic. The odor from the drain was offensive, requiring the door kept closed. No hooks were available for towels, inconvenient.
